Life happened. I kept building. I kept evolving. And somewhere in the middle of it all, this space went quiet.
But I never stopped thinking about you.
I’m back now , with intention, with clarity, and with a commitment to show up here twice a month. Not to perform. Not to overwhelm your inbox. But to pour into you the same way I’ve been pouring back into myself.
Because that’s what The Echo Effect has always been about.
Not surface-level self-care.
The deeper work.
The kind that changes the way you speak to yourself at 2 a.m.
The kind that teaches you to say no without guilt or explanation.
The kind that helps you choose yourself not just on Sundays, but on the hard Tuesdays too.
And trust me… I’ve been doing that work myself.
Over 2,700 consecutive days of meditation.
No alcohol since last July.
Two years of choosing peace over performance.
A journey to Thailand that cracked me open and rebuilt me differently.
And now? I’m creating something even bigger.
An intentional retreat experience in Cartagena, Colombia designed specifically for Black women who are ready to rest deeply, reconnect with themselves, and remember who they are outside of survival mode.
That journey — my journey — is what I’m bringing into this space.
